Following on from the first session of this two part talk a simple solution will be presented which is based upon risk identification and front loading the project. This should save money and remove unwanted expensive surprises. It engenders a cultural change, which, once understood by architects, design and construction teams should lead to greatly improved patient safety as well as self-innovation for all projects.
