About IPC Training Days
The IPC Training Days programme provides education for trainees and other healthcare professionals working in the field of medical microbiology, medical virology, infectious diseases, and other areas of infection control.
The structured rolling programme comprises a series of nine independent, one-day training sessions.
Learning Outcomes
After attending this session covering 'IPC in specialised settings' delegates will be able to:

HIS members who attend 7 (distinct) of the 9 IPC Training Days in the rolling programme and complete the HIS/UKHSA Foundation Course in Infection Prevention and Control are eligible to apply for the Foundation Certificate in IPC.
