Dr Donna Lecky

Dr Donna Lecky is Head of the Primary Care and Intervention Unit, UK Health Security Agency. She has 15 years post-doctoral experience working within Public Health in a communication, research and intervention development capacity. She leads the TARGET antibiotics programme for Health Care Professionals and the international e-Bug programme for schools and communities. Her primary interests include infection prevention and control, and antimicrobial stewardship and her research uses behavioural theory to identify barriers and facilitators to appropriate antibiotic use.
