Abstract submission

Abstract submission is now closed.

Abstracts will be considered by the programme committee for presentation as a poster only in 2022. Authors will be advised on the outcome of their abstract submission by the end of April 2022. 

To submit an abstract please email it as a Word document to admin@his.org.uk by Wednesday 27 April 2022, 17:00 BST.

Abstracts should contain:

• A title
• An initial statement of specific objectives of the study, unless this is given in the title
• A brief statement of methods
• A summary of results obtained
• Specific conclusions

Abstracts should be no longer than 400 words including the title, author information and references.

Please define abbreviations at their first occurrence and avoid using them in the title. Please ensure that appropriate scientific nomenclature is used.
