Honorary Members

The Council of the Healthcare Infection Society (HIS) is delighted to announce the first three Honorary Members of the Society.

The three recipients were awarded Honorary Membership to celebrate the 40th anniversaries of the Society and the Journal of Hospital Infection in 2020.

Honorary Membership is awarded to individuals in recognition of their outstanding and unique contribution to the Society, over and above that which might normally be delivered by holding a Society role or office, or through involvement in Society activities.

The award of Honorary Membership entitles the recipient to complimentary life membership of the Society.
